これまた日本酒が止まらない！
まぐろと舞茸のしぐれ煮
前回のくじらくんもおしかったけれど、このマグロくんもおいすぃ～～(^-^*)
私的には、くじらくんよりも少しさっぱりしている印象。
日本酒！日本酒！笑
こちらはメニューとして載せているお料理ではなく、おばんざい盛の一品としてお出ししています。
どうしても～というお声があれば、小鉢でこれだけ召し上がっていただくこともできますのでおっしゃってくださいね(^-^)
ほんと、日本酒にも焼酎にも合う一品です。
もちろん白ワインでも(^-^)
