こちらもおばんざい盛の一品。
くじらと舞茸のしぐれ煮
写真がへたっぴでうまく撮れていなくてすみません。。
くじらと舞茸、そして昆布くんです。
一口食べて、うま～～～(*>_<*) でした。笑
一緒に召し上がっていたお客様も、
「これ、おいしすぎて大事に大事に食べちゃうよね～」
とおっしゃって、おかわりまでされていました(^-^)
ビールもワインもなんでもOKだと思いますが、やはり私的には日本酒！！
間違いないです！笑
前回ご紹介した、同じくおばんざい盛の一品だったキノコのタルトちゃんは、評判が良すぎて単独メニューに昇格しているので、このくじらと舞茸のしぐれ煮も、大好評でもしかしたら・・？という感じです(^-^)
飲兵衛にはたまらない一品です♪♪
