今日は、カキとマコモの香草パン粉焼♪
わかりやすく言うと、「イタリア風カキフライ」という感じです。
香草パン粉で包まれたカキくんとマコモダケくん。
オリーブオイルとバターでカリッ＆パリッと絶妙な食感に仕上げた香草パン粉で包まれた、ジューシーなカキくん＆サクッとサッパリなマコモダケくんが美味です！
セロリソルトを少しふってありますが、やさしめの味付けなので、オーロラソースを絡めて召し上がってくださいね(^-^)
いやぁ・・なんともこの香草パン粉の食感が私的には大ヒット！
