プリッとサクッとおいしいふぐくん。
実はまた、おいしそうすぎて写真撮る前に一口だけ先走って食べてしまいました。汗
サクッとした良い塩梅の衣の味と、ふぐのプリッとした食感がベストマッチ☆
いやぁ・・いつもこんなにおいしいものばかり食べてれば、食べすぎて太るわけですね。私。。
このサクッ＆プリッのふぐのフリット、これまたおいしすぎるアンチョビバターソースでいただきます。

このサクッといい塩梅の衣の秘密は・・
これ！
ふぐくんには生ハムを巻いてあって、そこに衣をつけて揚げているので、いい塩梅のサクッと衣になるんです♪♪♪
そりゃおいしいはずだよ～～～～～(^-^*)
今日はあいにくの雨ですが、もしご都合がよろしければ一番乗りで召し上がりにいらしてくださいね。
