新子はじめました♪♪ 旬のお魚のマリネ
旬の魚のマリネ、その時期においしいお魚をマリネにしてお出ししていますが、
今年も新子が入ってきました♪
写真は私のおつまみ用なので通常メニューのものとは違います。笑
今週はガスパチョソースと一緒にお出ししています(^-^)
去年も新子のマリネをやりましたが、と～～～っても小さくて、本当に親指大くらいの小ささだったので、シェフはすごく真剣な顔でさばいていました。
話しかけると怒るくらい・・笑
今年はもう少し大きい新子でしたが、それでもやっぱり黙って黙々とさばいていました。。
やっぱり話しかけられず・・(^-^;)
手間ひまかけてさばいた新子ちゃん、おいしくないわけがないじゃないですか～～。
白ワインにももちろん合いますが、私的にはやっぱり日本酒！！
一口いただいて、日本酒をくぃっと♪
う～～～～。

旬のお魚のマリネは、この他にも・・
大羽いわしとか、
新サンマとか、
いろいろとその時期のおいしいお魚でおつくりしています♪
今後は、タスマニア産サーモンや秋サバなどなど、想像しただけでほっぺが落ちそうなお魚を予定しています(^г^) ・・またまたよだれ
おいしいお酒と一緒に楽しんでくださいね☆
