ヤリイカのフリット ～オニオンソース和え～
止まらない～。止まらない～。
イカもお酒も止まらない～(*^-^*) ・・的な感じです。
なんといってもイカがやわらかい！
フリットして火を通していても、他のイカに比べるとやわらか～いんです！
そして、トマトと一緒に和えたオニオンソース。
ビネガーやレモンの酸味とオニオンの旨味、そしてちょっぴりと効いているマスタードの味が、すべてマッチしていて本当においしいんです♪
これは白ワインかなぁ～(^-^)
私だったらビールもゴクゴク飲めちゃう感じかなぁ。
どちらにしても、暑い季節にスッキリ冷たいお酒に合わせておいしくいただける一品です。
余談ですが、私的にはゲソの部分のほうが、おつまみっぽくて止まらない～♪な感じでした。笑
