7月になりました♪
この時期にぴったりな季節のオススメメニューが登場(^-^)
岩中豚の冷しゃぶ仕立 ～桃とトマトのソース～
※写真は試食用なので、実際とは異なります。
この暑い時期に本当に美味！な冷しゃぶくん。
岩手中央のブランド豚、岩中豚を使っています。
やわらかくて甘みがあって、さすが岩中☆
岩中豚くんとルッコラ、トレビス、そしてソースには桃とトマト。
ルッコラとトレビスはそのほのかな苦みでお肉と一緒に食べると本当にぴったり。
その苦みに、桃とトマトの味が合わさってこれまた素晴らしいお味です。
写真は試食用なのでここには写っていませんが、実際のメニューでは冷製のカッペリーニも添えてお持ちいたします。
また、ボリュームももっと増えるので、暑い気候で疲れた体にもビタミンBの豊富な豚肉をモリモリ食べられて◎(^-^)
豚肉好きな私にはたまらない一品です。
これだけを3人前くらいがっつり食べたいくらい。笑
自家製フォカッチャと一緒にいただくのもおいしいです♪
