またまた季節のオススメメニューが新登場！
旬の貝類と春野菜のサラダ仕立
ちょ～～～私好みでした！
実は私、貝類が苦手です。。そして春野菜に多いちょっと苦みがあったりする野菜も。。（お子ちゃまか！）
でもでも、このサラダは全体的にバランスが取れていて、アンチョビドレッシングもとっても合っていて本当においしかった！！
貝はつぶ貝と帆立、とり貝。
春野菜は黄ニラや根みつば、ヤーコンなどなど。
そこにアンチョビドレッシング！
黄にらは甘くってよく噛んで味わっていると、最後にちょっとだけ辛味が残る感じ。
根みつばは、シャキシャキとした食感にほろ苦い感じ。
ヤーコンは・・
「これは何？梨？？？」
って感じの甘みのあるおいしさ！
そこに、帆立の甘さとつぶ貝＆とり貝の食感、レタスなどの葉物野菜とトマトが全部合わさって、見事にアンチョビドレッシングと調和していて美味！！でした(^-^)
いやぁ。。贅沢だなぁ。ほんと。この雰囲気が贅沢！
これ、白ワインと合うんだろなあぁ。。
この季節しか味わえない旬のおいしさ。
暖かくなってきたこの時期にピッタリなこのお料理。
