【新メニュー】 逆お好み焼！？岩中豚の春キャベツペースト焼
オススメメニューに新しく仲間入りした、
岩中豚の春キャベツペースト焼 くんです。
まず、岩中豚を使っているという点だけで、おいしそ～～～な感じ(^-^)
やわらかくて甘みがあって、豚ってこんなにおいしかったんだブー（＾・ⓧ・） ・・的なおいしさです♪
そして、春キャベツペーストとは何ぞや？というところですが、イメージとしてはお好み焼きの生地のような感じ。
この春キャベツペーストを岩中豚に塗って一緒にカリッと焼いています。
少し酸味が聞いた自家製のビネガー＆はちみつソースの上に、おいしく焼きあがった岩中豚くんを乗せて、その上からこちらもカリッと揚がったフライドオニオンと薬味のわけぎを乗せて、上からマヨネーズソースをかけてできあがり♪
一言で言うと、一口でご飯をたくさん掻き込めちゃうような、豚が主役のお好み焼きって感じです。
ほんと、おいしすぎ～～(^-^*)
断面を見るとこんな感じ。
フォークのすぐ上が岩中豚くん、そしてその上が春キャベツペーストです。
春キャベツペーストに対する豚の厚みが、逆お好み焼きって感じでしょぅ？(^-^)
春キャベツペーストは、カリッとしていながらも、ちょっと「もちっ＆ねばっ」としていて、これだけ焼いてつまみにしても絶対おいしい感じ。
でも、そこを我慢して、今回は岩中豚くんの引き立て役に回ることで、ほんと全体のバランスがとれておいしいお料理に仕上がっています。
ビールでもワインでも、焼酎でも日本酒でもなんでもいけちゃうお料理です。
この他にも、
ウナギと竹の子のカラメリゼ
イワシとじゃがいものオーブン焼
などもおすすめメニューに新登場しています(^-^)

You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
