特製♪ ぐつぐつあったかバーニャカウダ
遅ればせながら・・
みなさま、あけましておめでとうございます。
今年も何とぞよろしくお願い致します。
さて、今年一番目のご紹介は、お店自慢の特製バーニャカウダです。
一度食べたらヤミツキです(^-^)
このどこが特製かというと・・
一般的にはバーニャカウダって生野菜を温かいソースにつけて食べるものだと思うのですが、うちのお店ではお野菜とソースを一緒にオーブンに入れてしまいます♪
なので・・
お野菜はほっこりやわらかく温野菜。
生野菜よりも食べやすいし、おいしいソースの味もしっかりしみ込んでいてたくさんお野菜がいただけます(^-^)
お野菜はレタスや人参、じゃがいも、ナス、かぼちゃなどをはじめとして、その時期の旬のものを選んで調理しています。
珍しいお野菜なども含め、いろいろなものを召し上がっていただけるように、少量でできるだけ多種類のお野菜で作っています。
普通にお野菜を召し上がりたい方にも、もちろんワインなどのお酒のお供にも最高です♪
ほんと、たまりませ～ん(^-^*)
そしてもう1つのおいしいお楽しみ・・
それは、残ったソースに自家製のフォカッチャをつけて召し上がっていただくこと。
これまた本当においしくって感動です。
たまに、ソースをたっぷり残してお食事を終えられるお客様もいらっしゃるのですが、お皿をおさげするときに本当にもったいない・・って思ってしまったり(^-^;)
だって、ソース自体もおいしいですが、なんといってもお野菜のうまみが染み出てさらにおいしくなっている栄養のあるスープ。
是非最後まで召し上がっていただきたいです(^-^)
個人的には家でこのソースを大量に作って、心行くまでお野菜をいただきたいな～というほど。

I had been curious about if you ever considered switching the layout of your web site? It is very well written; I enjoy what youve got to say. But maybe you can include a little more in the way of content so people can connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of wording for only having one or two photos. Maybe you can space it out better?
