鮟肝と大根のステーキ ～バルサミコソース～
またまた鮟肝大好きな私にはたまらないお料理です(^-^*)
しかも、新食感！
表面はカリッと香ばしいあんきもくん。
でも中身はふわっ＆とろっな鮟肝感を残していて、ほんとお酒がすすんでたまらんですっ。
中身はこんな感じ♪
おいしそうなオレンジ色でしょぉ？
ふわっふわでとろとろなんだよ～(^-^*)
しかーも！
鮟肝大好きな私に、鮟肝フルコース（？）！
あんきもくんと山芋にバルサミ醤油をかけておばんざい風に。
うま～～～～～～～ o(>_<)o
山芋の食感とあんきもくんがすっごく合う！！
これは日本酒がほしくなるぅぅぅ。
そして、鮟肝くんをペースト状にして、自家製フォカッチャにのせてトースト。
きゃ～～～～。
これもおいしい！
これはやっぱりワインかなぁ。
あんきも大好きな私には、まさに至福の時でした。
大好きなサンマくんの時期はそろそろ終わりでさみしいけれど、これからは鮟肝くんが私を楽しませてくれそうです(^-^)
日本の四季ってなんて素晴らしいんでしょう。
その時期その時期で、旬なものがあるって幸せですね～。
