この、白豚めっ！ ・・？？
ふと思いついたタイトルでおかしなことになっちゃいました(^-^;)
季節のメニューに新しく仲間入りした豚くん。
こんなの初めてみた～(@_@)
豚肉の白い煮込み ～ゆずこしょう風味～
豚くんがやわらかくておいしい！
白い煮込みという由来は、白いお野菜を一緒に煮るからだそう。
カリフラワーとかセロリとか、白いお野菜も一緒にいっぱい食べられるし(^-^)
もともとはイタリアのお惣菜で、カリフラワーと豚肉を煮込んだお料理だそうです。
野菜の甘みがやさしい味に仕上がっていて、家庭料理・・というか、
おか～～さぁ～～～～～ん！
って感じのほっとする味です。笑
