確かにカルボナーラクリームはカルボフェチには欠かせない存在なんだけれど、でもでも、ぜひぜひカルボナーラの釜玉も召し上がってみてくださいね！
これもまたおいしいんです！
クリームを使わず、うどんの釜玉のようなイメージです。
卵にからめたパスタに長ネギを乗せて、醤油をちょこっと回しがけ。
次回は釜玉くんもアップしますね～。
