私の一番！(^-^*) サンマとじゃがいものオーブン焼き
今日は、私の中の一番！
私が一番大好きな、今の時期しか食べられないメニューをご紹介します。
今までずーっとあたためていたのですが、ついにこの時が来たようです。笑
サンマとじゃがいものオーブン焼き
じゃがいもとたまねぎ、そしてサンマを重ねてオーブンで焼いています。
もちろんそれぞれの素材を丁寧に下ごしらえして調理してから(^-^)
だからおいしいんだよね。絶対。
オーブンに入れる前に、おいしくなるための調味をいろいろとして、カリッとおいしく焼いています。
もちろんお客様にお持ちする前にも、再度オーブンでカリッと♪
大きなオーブン用のお皿で8人前くらいまとめて焼いていますが、このお皿丸ごと食べれるくらい本当に私の大好物。
今のところの私の最後の晩餐はこのサンマオーブンです。
もちろんこのままで十分おいしいし、みなさんにはそのままお出ししますが、私はちょっと塩味濃い派なもので（いつも旦那に怒られますが。汗）、旦那が作った自家製ミネラル塩をちょこっと振りかけていただいています。
これがまたたまらんのです！
ワインももちろん合いますが、ビール＆日本酒派の私には、ぜひおいしい日本酒でしっぽりいただきたい一品です。
来年の私の誕生日には、是非このサンマとじゃがいものオーブン焼きを、一皿丸ごとリボンをかけてプレゼントしてほしいな～。なんて。笑
あぁ。。秋に生まれて本当によかったです。
