牡蠣の季節ですなぁ～(*^-^*)
季節のメニューが新しくなりました♪
その中の1つ。
カキとほうれん草のグラタン☆
牡蠣とほうれん草とベーコン・・そこにベシャメルソース。
おいしくないわけないでしょぉ～～～～～～～～(*^-^*)
こんな感じで牡蠣がぼっこり（？表現間違ってる？汗）入ってます♪
私が若いころ、牡蠣を食べたことがなくて、そこに今日とれたての（っていうか、自分でとってきてくれた）牡蠣を持ってきてくれたかたがいて、生の牡蠣にレモンを絞ってちゅるちゅるって食べたのが初めてだったのですが、これがおいしすぎてびっくり。
貝類が苦手な私でも、おいしくておいしくて調子に乗ってしまって・・
クーラーボックスいっぱいに入っていた牡蠣を、遠慮なくバクバク食べてしまったのです。
そしたら、もちろん食べすぎで気持ち悪くなってしまい・・
それから今日まで牡蠣を避けて通ってきた私でした。
しかし・・
このカキとほうれん草のグラタン、おいしそうすぎてその壁を破って試食！
お～～～～いし～～～～～～～～～～～～～
こんなおいしいのを食べずに逃すところだったのか！という感じで、勇気を出して食べてよかった！！
季節限定メニューなので、お店にいらしたときにはぜひ召し上がってくださいね(^-^)
