大山鶏と美桜鶏・・そして道産牛テール

今日はカウンターの椅子も搬入されて、お店の中がものであふれてる状態になってしまいました(^-^;
でも、必要なものがほとんど揃って、オープンに近づいてきたんだという実感！
昨日の試作では、大山鶏と美桜鶏をシェフ特製の塩でローストしたものを試食。
これが本当においしい！
私は元々あまり料理には詳しくないので、鶏の種類も詳しくないし、いろいろ食べたこともなかったのですが、やっぱりおいしいものは違いますね～。
私的には特別大山鶏が好きだなぁと思いました。
美桜鶏もさっぱりしていてやわらかくておいしかったけれど、大山鶏のほうが味が濃いというか、ラーメンではとんこつ派の私には、ほんのりこってり感がたまらなくおいしかったです！
シェフ特製の塩は、このままつまんで日本酒が飲みたいくらい私のお気に入りです。
おいしい食材とおいしい調味料が合わさって、おいしくないわけがない！笑
鶏肉がお好きな方には本当にお勧めです。
そして、今日の試食は・・
道産牛テールの煮込み。
これも、おいしぃ～～～！
とろとろで味もしみこんでいて、ほっぺたが落ちそうでした。
もちろんお肉自体もおいしいんだけれど、骨のまわりのゼラチン質の部分を骨ごとかぶりつき！笑
女性にはうれしい、お肌によさそうなおいしさでした。
お客様の中には、骨を手で持ってかぶりつくなんて～というかたもいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、これだけは是非是非かぶりついちゃってくださいね！
そうじゃないと、ナイフ＆フォークでは食べきれないところにおいしい部分が(^-^)
お店の雰囲気自体もカジュアルでワイワイ楽しんでいただくスタイルなので、気にせずに召し上がって味わっていただければシェフも喜びます♪
料理素人なので、正しい表現ができているか不安なのですが、料理の味を私なりにみなさんにお伝えできるようにこれからも少しずつご紹介させていただきたいと思っています^^
