先日お店が終わるくらいの時間、Sさんご夫妻を残して他のお客様はみなさんお帰りになられたので、Sさんご夫妻とご一緒させていただいていたときの日本酒のおつまみに作ってもらいました。汗
今回はカッペリーニと一緒に♪
初めてブログでご紹介した時に試食してから、合計3回！
この短期間に3回もいただいてしまいました。
だっておいしいんだもんっ！！
岩中豚の甘み・・トマトと桃の酸味と甘み。
そしてルッコラとトレビスの苦み。
全てがべすとまっちんぐ♪
本当に本当に私のお気に入り。
中毒状態です。
先日このお料理を召し上がったお客様が、とってもおいしいと喜んでくださり、ソースが少しでも残ってるのがもったいないとおっしゃって、フォカッチャと一緒に綺麗に召し上がってくださいました。
その時のお皿ったらピッカピカでした(^-^)
私の今一番のオススメのメニューを、こうしておいしいと喜んでいただいて本当にうれしかったです♪
