イメージとしては、ポートワインやシェリーに似ているという表現で合ってるかな。
発酵していないブドウ果汁にコニャックを加えて樽熟成した甘い果実酒だそうです。
私自身、そんなにお酒に詳しくないのですが、飲んでみてこれははまるし飲みすぎちゃうなぁ。。って感じです。
実際に、お客様ご紹介して味見していただくと、おいしいと大評判で、2杯・・3杯・・・と続く方が多いです(^-^)

なんてお話がありながらも、おいしくて飲み進んでしまう感じ。
