【まかない】 うまーっ！なす好きにはたまらないでちゅ(^-^*)
今日は、なんとなくこってりしたクリーム系がいいなぁ。。なんて思っていたんだけれど、期待に反してトマトソース。
しかぁ～～しっ！！
この、なすとベーコンのトマトソースパスタ、おいしすぎたっ！
さっきまでのクリームなお腹はどこかへ飛んでいって、ただひたすらにこのパスタをぱくぱく。
というわけで、食べかけの美しくない写真でごめんなさい。
半分くらい食べてから、写真！と気づいてなんとか撮りました。汗
このパスタ、なんでこんなにおいしいんでしょう(・_・?)
私、トマトソースの酸味がそれほど得意ではないので、いつもチーズをたくさんかけてもらってこってり感満載でいただいている人なのです。
それなのに、このトマトソースはすべてがバランスよく味が上手にまとまっていて、本当においしくておいしくて。
シェフ曰く、なすとベーコンのトマトソースパスタって、比較的、「なす」と「ベーコン」と「トマトソース」のパスタという感じになりやすいそうです。
それぞれが独立しちゃってる感じ。
でも、うちのお店ではちょっとした手を加えることで、すべてが上手にまとまっておいしくなるんだよ～。
とのことでした。
