こっそり晩酌。笑
塩水漬けのうにくんを味付けなしでシンプルに塩味だけで。
舟に乗ってるうにくんとはやっぱりちょっと違うね～。
うにの甘みがおいし～くて、そこに塩水の塩っけがあるから余計に甘みがひきたちます。
もったいないけど贅沢にいただいちゃいました。
もちろんお酒も！笑
お店では形にとらわれずにお料理とお酒を楽しんでいただきたいと考えているので、日本酒もワンカップでご用意しています。
常連さんで日本酒を好んで飲んでいらっしゃるかたも結構いらっしゃいます。
私もその一人（？笑）。

ちなみにこの塩水うにくん。
団体のお客様のご予約で"とっても贅沢うにうにくんパスタ"お出しするのに特別に仕入れたものなので、残念ながら普段はお店にはありません。。
もちろんお客様には大好評なパスタでしたよ♪
だって本当に贅沢にたっぷりうにくんを使っていたし、旦那も普段からよく言っていますが、高くて良い素材を使ったら、よほどのことがない限りおいしいものが作れないわけがないものね。笑
まぁその素材の当然なおいしさの先にどんなおいしさが出せるかは、料理人次第でしょうけれど(^-^)
