京茄子パスタと三元豚とおいしいハム(^-^)
今日は大テーブルの天板が北海道から届き、大工さんが頑張ってテーブルを完成させてくれました！
なので、これでお店の家具はすべて揃い、椅子などをセッティングしてやっと落ち着いた感じです。
ほっとしました・・(^。^)ホッ
まだまだ細かいところは明日頑張らなきゃですが、なんとか形になってよかったです。
さてさて、本日の試食・・
京なすとベーコンのトマトパスタと三元豚とロイヤルポークのヒレの生姜焼き＋サラダです。
今日はやっと写真とりました！
携帯で撮ったし、撮る前にちょっと食べちゃったので盛り付けとかも崩れちゃって良い写真ではないですが、ご勘弁を・・(^-^;)
だって、いつもいつも写真撮ろうと思うのに、できあがって目の前に出てきたら、写真を撮ることをすっかり忘れてうっかり食べちゃうんです。汗
ほんとごめんなさい。。
豚肉が大好きな私にとって、三元豚は超ヒットでした！
やわらかいし本当においしい(^-^)
味付けはシンプルなのにこんなにおいしいのはやっぱり素材がいいからなのでしょうね。
いや、シェフが一生懸命下味つけたり、おいしくなるように調理したりってのももちろんあるとは思いますが(^-^;
あんまり素材ばかり褒めていると、シェフが落ち込んじゃうかもですね。笑
サラダのほうは、写真にも写っていますが、これまたおいしいハムが添えてあります。
酒好きな私的には、このハムをつまみでそのまま「ビールくださーい！」って感じです。笑
シェフ曰く、酵素ポークのハムということでとっても良いものらしいので、私がおつまみにして食べて飲みだしたら、バクバク食べちゃってきりがなくなって困るような感じかもです。。(^-^;
パスタは、茄子好きな私にうれしい京茄子！
一般的な大きさと形の京茄子で、パッとみた感じでは私には京茄子だとはわかりませんでしたが(^-^;
一番好きなのは賀茂茄子で、先日京都へ行ったときには、入った店すべてで賀茂なす料理を注文したほどです。笑
今回の京茄子は賀茂茄子ほど味は濃くない感じでしたが、やっぱり普通にスーパーで買った茄子とは味が違いますね(^-^)
実が締まっているというのでしょうか。甘みもありますし♪
京茄子は（というか茄子全般もそうですね）7～9月が旬で、これからがおいしく楽しんでいただける時期です。
私も楽しみです～(^-^)
