【新メニュー】 鮭とカキのかぶチャウダー

今日も牡蠣メニューのご紹介♪

 

鮭とカキのカブチャウダー

旬の鮭とカキ、そしてかぶが具材として入っている、かぶの香りと甘みの効いたチャウダーです♪

寒くなってきたこの時期に、あったま～る◎お料理です(^-^)

 

アサリのおいしい出汁とかぶの甘みでほっこりできるスープは、本当に体にしみ渡るようなやさしくあったかい味。

私的にはお酒を飲んだ後の〆でほっと一息つきたい感じのメニューです。

 

小さめの土鍋でお出ししますので、おひとりさまでも召し上がっていただける量ですので、寒くなってきたこの時期、是非召し上がってみてくださいね♪

Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.
