旬のたけのこちゃんとうなぎくんは、ソースにからめてソースをまとっている状態です。

ソースをまとっている状態をカラメリゼというそうです。

 

そして、その下にはホウレン草のソテー。

一番下は竹の子ご飯を焼リゾットにしたものになっています。

 

たけのこいっぱいで春爛漫~♪って感じです(^-^)

旬のものはその時期においしくいただくのがいいですよねぇ。

 

うなぎは王道でかば焼きもおいしいですが、たまにはこんな食べ方もいかがですか?
